Engagement
Engagement happens post understanding of the conflict and assessment of our ability to resolve them. For us it is important to understand the human beings, and situations behind the dispute. Some situations can resolve the disputes, but some human beings seek comfort zones with the dispute.
Process
Our process involves the following steps :
- Preliminary discussions: The first hour is offered without cost during which the client can also gauge the value of the offering.
- As the resolution of the dispute requires multiple sittings, a proposal with an estimated number of sittings would be given.
- Our proposal for resolution would be based on understanding and an agreement with both the parties (or more parties if the number of litigants are more).
- Our proposal would include the number of sittings and time duration of each meeting. We always endeavour to complete the process as early as feasible.
Policy
Our fees include the following components :
- Advance
- Commencement fees
- Retainer fees
- Fee instalments
- Final Settlement fees
Each bespoke proposal would be competitively priced to ensure that all parties see the value proposition of our services and not the cost burden.
